IMail is a mail server product by IPSwitch, Inc. 1PlanHost.Com Hosting uses this product for our mail servers and you use it to login to your mail account from your Web browser. 

On our Windows 2003 web servers you can access Imail web based mail AFTER you set up your email user accounts in the Control Panel by visiting "http://mail.yourdomain.com" (Substitute "yourdomain.com" with your domain name) You do not use the port :8383 on Windows 2003 servers.

No need to worry. Just send that email account a test message. This will clear the invalid mail folders message.

I want to look at my IMail through Outlook or Netscape or another email program. How do I do this?

You will need to contact the vendor for your email product and ask them how to set up a POP mail account. See the links below for specific help on this. You will need this information:
