Sending Email from a Microsoft FrontPage Form IMPORTANT: You will need to login to your Windows 2003 Control Panel and enable your FrontPage server extensions before you can use FrontPage. This will only need to be done one time. Be sure to write down the FrontPage username that will be presented after your enable your FrontPage server extensions. We have a tutorial on this here. Microsoft FrontPage has a built-in form mail script that will automatically perform the action of mailing your FrontPage form results to any email address of your choice. 1. Go to your form and right click on it. Choose "Form Properties" from the menu. The following screen will appear:
Put the email address you'd like the form sent to in the "E-mail address" field. 2. Click OK. You may then see an error like this:
Ignore it and click "No". The error just means that you don't have the FrontPage extensions installed on your computer. Of course not -they're installed on our servers, not on your home computer. Now when anyone uses your FrontPage form, you will receive an email!
