Domain registration and domain hosting are two separate services. If WE initially registered your domain name under our new domain program, we will be paying for your domain registration renewal. However, If YOU registered this domain yourself, even if it was registered through our domain registration services, then you will be responsible for the registration renewal at your domain registrar.

Renew Web Hosting Account:

All renewals are for 1 year term and your account will be extended from your initial end date unless otherwise notified. We currently offer four methods of payment for renewing your web hosting account.

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express)
• PayPal - Note that our official company name of "WebWeavers Internet Services or 1PLANHOST" will appear in the Pay Pal window. PayPal is available in 42 countries. Click here for a listing.
• US Check or Money Order
• Western Union

All hosting renewals are now make inside your control panel account. To make a renewal payment via Credit Card, do the following:

1. Login to your account at https://cp1.winscontrol.com
2. Click the BILLING icon
3. Click the MANAGE CREDIT CARDS icon
4. Click ADD NEW
5. Enter a Friendly Name for the card, such as "Sam's Visa", choose the type of card and then click the NEXT button
6. Enter the Credit Card information and select if you want to use it as your default Credit Card then click SAVE
7. Click the BACK button
8. Repeat steps 4-7 as needed for additional cards if desired
9. Click the BILLING MENU link at the top
10. Click MAKE A PAYMENT
11. Choose the friendly name of the card that you wish to use
12. Enter the amount you would like to pay
13. Click NEXT to charge your card and pay your renewal

To make a renewal payment via PayPal, do the following:

1. Login to your account at https://cp1.winscontrol.com
2. Click the BILLING icon
3. Click MAKE A PAYMENT
4. Select PAYPAL and enter the amount you wish to pay
5. Click NEXT
6. You will then be take to PayPal to make payment
7. Once complete, it is very important to follow through and click CONTINUE to complete the transaction and return to the control panel

To make a renewal payment via US Check or Money Order, do the following

1. Login to your account at https://cp1.winscontrol.com
2. Click the BILLING icon
3. Click MAKE A PAYMENT
4. Select CHECK and click NEXT
5. You will be given instructions on making a payment with your check

Please note that payment must be received before your account is renewed.
