All cancellation and refund request must be made by the official

For security reasons, to cancel a hosting account you must use the
secure form and enter the control panel password that was sent to
you when you opened the account. You must request the refund on the cancellation form and then you
will receive it within 14 days of account cancellation.
Please note that we can only refund back to the same credit
card or method in which the latest fees were paid to us. REFUNDS
WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY OTHER CHARGES INCURRED BY CUSTOMER SUCH AS
SET-UP FEES, DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION FEES, AND ADDITIONAL SERVICE
CHARGES (including additional disk space, SQL or MySql database fees,

bandwidth overage fees, site uptime availability credits, etc).
Reseller Account Upgrade Limitation: There are no refunds
available for upgrading to a
reseller web hosting account from a standard web hosting
account so it would be advisable to start off with a reseller
account if that interests you. You can of course maintain the
standard account for the full term and then cancel it on the last
day. Then set up the domain under your reseller account.
Refunds do not apply to accounts that have been suspended or
